Turn up the Volume on Me

You feel like you're being pulled in all directions with people relying on you to do all sorts of things for them.  Finding the space to look after yourself and prioritise what's really important to you in your business or career and life is incredibly difficult.  At times it feels impossible.

Getting some help to do this is a genius idea.  Making an investment and a commitment will also make it more likely for new habits and approaches to stick.

We will work together to define what is missing from your life to allow you to truly flourish.

We will then develop strategies on how to prioritise what's most important, what needs to be parked or transfered and what can take a back seat.

We will also explore how to stay on track when life (inevitably) throws a curve ball and priorities have to shift.

  • The content of our sessions together will be shaped by you and what you want to get out of our work together.  I may offer suggestions of exercises.
  • As we're turning up the volume, I will support you to get really clear on what your foundations are - what really makes you tick and what do you deeply believe in?
  • This 5 session programme takes place over 2 to 6 months.  It depends on how swiftly you want change to happen.  It's your choice.
  • In between the sessions, you have the option to check in with me via email or whatsapp.  This is useful for accountability.

Time to turn the volume up on you and down on the things that aren't useful right now.
