Space is Where the Magic Happens:
A Free Webinar
Writing that book, finishing the course, making that work, devising that new project: making space for the big important things can be really hard.
We can convince ourselves we don't have enough time, or we somehow don't deserve to prioritise something, despite it feeling really important.
This interactive 45 minute webinar will give you clear, creative and useful guidance to help you find that space and make a commitment to yourself to get that thing done.
This webinar is for you, if any of these apply:
🪄 You have loads of ideas and know there are some you desperately want to make happen but you feel you don't have enough time.
🪄 You really want to be creative, but you're so busy, finding the headspace for it feels too hard.
🪄 You spend a lot of your time doing things for other people and rarely prioritise your own plans.
🪄 You maybe feel a bit scared of your big dreams as you know creativity can be hard work, but you also know how wonderful it can be when it does flow.
🪄 You are bored of doing it all by yourself and could do with a challenging cheerleader in your corner (that's me!).
In the FREE webinar we will cover:
- Physical, mental and time-based space
- How to identify where you might be able to find the space
- How to priortise what is most important to you
- How to push yourself to achieve your goals without compromising your self-compassion
- The creation of a mini action plan that you can put in place straight away
- How to ask others to help with accountability
- How to be playful, kind and creative through all of this

A bit about me
This year I've been celebrating 5 years of being a Creative Business and Life Coach. In that time I have supported over a hundred people to get clarity on their dreams and goals, encouraged countless action plans to come into being and been the challenging cheerleader that we often don't have when we run our own business or creative practice.
Alongside my Coaching with Sarah programme, I also create a range of creative and useful online courses, some purely self led and some with a live element so you get to learn from the cohort.
I also support other organisations to make their own creative digital offerings, and support groups with strategy, mediation and generally how to get more OOMPH into their work.
I'm based in Glasgow, Scotland but work with people, online, across the world which I absolutely love!
I'm also an Alopecian, bald and bold, and you'll often find me talking about how I live with a visible difference over on my blog.
