Pay As You Go Coaching Sessions

Why go with a ready made, off the shelf coaching package when you want something entirely tailormade just for you?!  Of course, all of my coaching packages are bespoke and person-centred, but this one goes all the way.

We will shape a coaching experience totally around what you're looking to shift in your life, to make it as effective and powerful as it can be.

This 5 session programme takes place over 2 to 6 months.  It depends on how swiftly you want change to happen.  It's your choice.

In between the sessions, you have the option to check in with me via email or whatsapp.  This is particularly useful for accountability.

Investment

Our work together will cost £85 per session.

At the beginning of the session, I will ask you what you want the outcome of our work together to be.  The more specific you can get the better, but don't worry if it's not crystal clear from the offset - coaching can help you get there.
