Why I created this course...
I've spent most of my career helping people turn ideas into reality. Sometimes that's been through making theatre, producing participatory arts projects or founding social enterprises. More recently it's been through coaching creative people and small business owners to make the things they've been dreaming about actually happen.
One thing I've learnt is that brilliant ideas rarely need a bigger business plan. More often they need a bit of clarity, a dash of momentum and permission to stop overthinking.
I'm a huge believer in making serious decisions in playful ways. If a process is enjoyable, we're far more likely to stick with it, which is why so many of my courses weave together creativity, reflection and practical action.
